Zoran Petrović as Deputy Chairman of Managing Board of Raiffeisen banka a.d. is responsible for Treasury and Investment Banking, Investment fund and Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company.

Mr. Petrović graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He started his professional career at the Economics Institute in Belgrade on projects related to the privatisation of socially-owned corporate sector. In 1992 he joined Yugobanka where he spent four years in corporate and five years in Treasury Division. His employment with Raiffeisen banka a.d. started in 2001. In the period from 2001 to 2005 he worked in Treasury Division. Starting from November 2005 Mr. Petrović has been the Member of the Managing Board responsible for Treasury and Investment Banking and since February 2007 he has been appointed to the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board.

Mr. Petrović is the Chairman of the Committee for the development of the financial markets of the Association of Serbian banks and is a Member of A.C.I. Serbia. He is a founder of money market curve in RSD - Belibor & Beonia.

Ms. Maja Jovancevic is a Partner at Karanovic & Nikolic, a leading law firm specialized in commercial law. After graduating at Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2004, Ms. Jovancevic continued her studies at Central European University (CEU) in Budapest where she obtained LL. M in International Business Law, completed Specialization in European Union Law and finalized with High Honors Master Thesis:“Appeal in Cases of ICSID Arbitration”. Ms. Jovancevic has practiced in all areas of corporate and commercial law and property law involving foreign entities, such as multi-national manufacturers, banks, industries, trading companies, institutions, etc. establishing or developing their business presence in Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. She is registered as an attorney at the Belgrade Bar Association. Member of International Bar Association (IBA). Ms. Jovancevic has extensive experience in advising clients on all matters relating to commercial law, but in particular in the areas of banking and finance and capital market operations. Ms. Jovancevic was one of authors and editors of the publication KN Focus on Infrastructure Finance, published in 2009, providing the legal overview of development, operation and financing of in­frastructure projects.
