AmCham proposed suggestions could solve problems of enforcement of the Law on deadlines for settlement of financial obligations in commercial transactions relating to financial transactions

AmCham letter to Ministry of Finance and Economy Advocates Changes of its Opinion on SWAPs

AmCham’s Finance and Tax Committee prepared joint letter for the Ministry of Finance and Economy stating the negative effects of the Ministry’s opinion from 2009, interpreting Article 40 of the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Law, related to the tax treatment of premium payments under the option contract for protection against changes of interest rates.
