Declaration on intellectual property ownership becomes a necessary part of bidding documentation


Bidders in public procurement procedures will have to provide a statement guaranteeing that they are the owners of the intellectual property (IP) utilized in delivering the subject of public procurement. This demand was inserted in the Public Procurement Law upon AmCham’s recommendation, with the aim of preventing those who use pirated or counterfeit products from applying. The declaration, serving as a sort of guarantee, becomes in practice an integral part of the bidding documentation

Transfer Pricing Rulebook Adopted by Ministry of Finance and Economy
