Public Discussion on the Draft Law on Compensations co-hosted by AmCham and the FIC

AmCham welcomes the Draft Law on Compensations and points out that opportunity for reviewing levels of all charges and their clear setting in the Law should not be missed.After the Law on Compensation is adopted, finalization of parafiscal charges should be focused to the careful revision of the Construction Land Use Charge, as well as the Land Development Charge, with exploring alternative sources of funds to local level.
