Shaping AmCham Annual Strategy

A half-day Board and Executive Team retreat meeting was held with a broad agenda related to membership, regulatory, strategic alliances, budget, and promotion issues.

Following the elections for vacant positions on the AmCham Board of Governors held in February, the first meeting of the new Board, ordinarily held jointly with the Executive team, was an opportunity to go through the organizational pillars, and outline strategy and operational steps to be taken in the next year.

At the beginning, key performance indicators for 2014 as per the organization’s pillars and activities in accordance with member-based demand were discussed.

After overviewing Committee agendas for 2015 and overall advocacy priorities related to the improving business environment, the latest implemented networking and promotional platforms and ongoing excelling professional development program, a strategic plan for 2015 was adopted.
