Finalists Selected for Third Generation of “AMCHAMPS – YOUNG LEADERS IN CHANGE”

The semifinal competition of the American Chamber in Commerce in Serbia educational program was completed by the announcement of the three pairs who will continue into the final round.

Three mentoring pairs qualified for the finals of the third generation of the unique educational program organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia, "AmChamps – young leaders in change," thanks to the results they achieved in presenting case studies. From a total of nine pairs who competed in the semifinals, the chance to present their project in the final round was won by Mihailo Milenović (Delhaize) and Bogdan Rakić (Faculty of organizational science), Marko Radosavljević (Executive Group) and Branislav Bandić (Faculty of organizational science), Aleksandra Simić (Vojvođanska bank) and Goran Tomić (Faculty of architecture).

During the semifinal competition participants presented their case studies to a special commission consisting of Diana Gligorijević , marketing Director of TeleGroup and Board member of AmCham, Nikolaos Dimitriadis of Sheffield University and Miloš Milosavljević Regional sales manager of the Coca-Cola company.

The third generation of “AmChamps – Young leaders in change” consists of 23 students enrolled in Belgrade University under the mentorship of 23 promising young managers from AmCham member companies. Participants in this program have a unique opportunity to acquire necessary skills and gain practical knowledge that will enable them to develop, advance in their careers and be more competitive in the job market.


Participating in the final means that the team mentors will receive new projects from the general directors of their companies and together with the students will work on them under the supervision of Board members of AmCham: Boris Vujičić of Trizma company, Vladan Živanović from NCR and Miloš Đurković from HPE. The pair who prepare the best project will be declared winners, and the manager from the winning team will get a scholarship for MBA studies at the International Faculty University of Sheffield in Belgrade. The winning student will get a scholarship for master studies in Thessaloniki. Creating a final project was proceeded by 8 months of hard work featuring competitions and friendship, 25 lectures, workshops and extracurricular activities as well as many tasks and projects.
