Skip Bornhuetter new President of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia

New leadership of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham Serbia)

The former First Vice-President of AmCham, Mr Skip Bornhuetter, has been appointed President of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia. Mr Bornhuetter has succeeded Mr Dejan Cvetković, who will assume additional regional responsibilities in the region of Central and Eastern Europe at Microsoft headquarters in Munich, Germany.

Mr Skip Bornhuetter is Area Director for Philip Morris International in South East Europe and the Managing Director of DIN "Fabrika duvana" a.d. Niš. During his 28 years long career, he held numerous executive positions at Philip Morris International.

The departing President of AmCham, Mr Cvetković, has thanked members of the Chamber for exceptional cooperation achieved since February last year, when he assumed the position. "Although I have led AmCham in challenging times, the Chamber has continued to be one of key partners of the Serbian Government and a proactive participant in attaining a common goal - improvements of the business environment and promotion of Serbia as an attractive investment destination," said Mr Cvetković.

The new First Vice-President of American Chamber of Commerce is Mr Miloš Đurković, Managing Director of IBM, and the Second Vice-President will be the Managing Director of TV Fox in Serbia, Mr Dan Bates.
