Final Annual Board Meeting

The AmCham Board of Governors and Executive office held the traditional and strategic end-of-year meeting, reviewing activities and performance in 2017 and discussing organizational plans, guidelines, activities and tactics for 2018. The meeting was held at the House of Jevrem Grujuć – Museum of Serbian History, Art, Diplomacy and Avant-guard.

Zoran Petrović, AmCham President, opened the meeting expressing gratitude to both the Board of Governors and the Executive Office team members for their dedication and support during his term of office. He underlined several key organizational, regulatory and networking breakthroughs AmCham accomplished within his presidential mandate.

Vera Nikolić Dimić, AmCham Executive Director, opened the review of overall focus and activities in 2017, giving the floor to Executive Office team members to report on their respective area of duty and expertise aligned with organizational strategic pillars: improving the business environment, networking & promotion and improving professional development.

After the presentation of an external overview of members’ and key stakeholders’ feedback and perception of the organization and demands, discussion on proposed plans and tactics for 2018 were broadly discussed and fine-tuned.

The proposal for the 2018 budget was adopted.

After the meeting a guided tour through the House of Jevrem Grujić was held for participants, led by museum founder, Lazar Šećerović.
