At the Institute for Child and Youth Health Care of Vojvodina the first device for magnet resonance has been initiated. With that, the campaign ''Magnet for Love“, initiated by MK Group & TDE Services and financially aided by NIS Serbia, the Provincial Government of Vojvodina and a great number of corporate and private donators, was officially completed.
President of MK Group, Miodrag Kostić, said that he is very proud of the fact that the company was part of this socially responsible, big and important project, with a goal to make sure that children and young people in Vojvodina receive better diagnosis and treatment. “Out of hundreds of campaigns my company has participated in, this one is my favorite, because it is intended for children and for the city I love the most,” said Kostić.
The campaign was for the best diagnostic device in Serbia that will provide diagnosis for children and young people, up to the age of 18 and for newborns. The purchase of this magnet device is of great importance, because around 130.000 examinations are done annually for 2,000 patients.
Kirill Tyurdenev, General Manager of NIS Serbia, said that his company is honoured and pleased to be part of this humanitarian action. “NIS is not only a company or a brand, we are one big family, and in the heart of our family are children. Because of that, we have never questioned whether to take part in this action, the only important thing was the way we can help,” said Tyurdenev.
“With the purchase of this, most modern device for magnet resonance and its equipment, the conditions for the first diagnostic procedure at the Institute are made in one place and in the most efficient way,” said the President of the Provincial Government of Vojvodina, Igor Mirović.
