Participants of the 2018 AmChamps program began their one year adventure with a lecture on Neuromarketing, a ''4 must haves workshop for leaders“ and company surprises.
Interactive lectures and workshops on different business topics are held during one week intensive course at the premises of Banca Intesa and AmCham.
By working in teams of three people during the program, participants will strengthen the team spirit they will need later for the successful preparation of a final project - Improving Relations with Clients. Members of the team with the best rated project are awarded with the opportunity to directly qualify for the participation in the next AmChamps - Young Leaders in Change generation.

*It is necessary for the participants of the program to be present at the minimum of 80% of the lectures and workshops to be able to qualify for the second phase of the program- completing the tasks and obtaining the certificate on successful completion of the program.

During the workshops and lectures held by AmChamps alumni and representatives of Banca Intesa, participants in the AmChamps Summer School were introduced to various aspects of the banking sector and gained knowledge and skills that will help them shape their future careers.

The participants of the fourth generation of the program AmChamps – Young Leaders in Change, were officialy presented with diplomas at the residence of H.E Kurt D.Donelli, Deputy US Ambassador, ending the first part of their 2017 program which this year involved 22 students under the supervision of 22 successful young managers of member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce.

The final day of the regular part of the 2017 program of AmChamps – Young leaders in change, was held under the title AmChamps Final Countdown, in which participants learned about entrepreneurship in Serbia and United States from prominent lecturers.

Team building for the AmChamps generation of 2017 is traditionally held on Kopaonik with the support of MK Group. The AmChamps were guests of Grand Hotel & Spa, participating in working parts of the program, socializing, and contributing to the forestation of Kopaonik.
