The course is attended by 25 undergraduate and graduate students of public universities and as many young managers from AmCham member companies
Interactive lectures and workshops on different business topics are held during one week intensive course at the premises of Banca Intesa and AmCham.
By working in teams of three people during the program, participants will strengthen the team spirit they will need later for the successful preparation of a final project - Improving Relations with Clients. Members of the team with the best rated project are awarded with the opportunity to directly qualify for the participation in the next AmChamps - Young Leaders in Change generation.

*It is necessary for the participants of the program to be present at the minimum of 80% of the lectures and workshops to be able to qualify for the second phase of the program- completing the tasks and obtaining the certificate on successful completion of the program.

The seventh generation of the AmChamps programme received their diplomas - certificates of completion at a special event. This year’s scheme brought together 26 mentoring pairs comprised of young managers with AmCham member companies and student mentees.

The finals of AmChamps – Young Leaders in Change 2020 brought together three mentoring pairs, made up of young managers and students, that made the most progress over the several months of learning through workshops, lectures, and project development. Milan Milošević, student at the Faculty of Economics, and Mirjana Pavlović, who works for Banca Intesa, were the winning team of the programme’s seventh generation.

The AmChamps 007 programme organised a panel entitled ‘Are leaders born or made?’ Answers to this question were contributed by Marija Desivojević Cvetković, Senior Vice President of Delta Holding, Aleksandar Hangimana, Managing Partner at Manpower Group, and Andrija Gerić, volleyball star, trained psychologist, and NLP coach.

The lecture and workshop entitled ‘What informs our own and others’ behaviour?’ was held on 12 November as the first event organised by participants of the AmChamps007 programme. The interactive seminar took place online and was facilitated by Martina Đokić, founder of Global Thinkers Vienna and expert in communications and the unconscious mind.
